To become a registered reseller of CCTV247®.com.au  you must be a legitimate reseller of CCTV equipment and have a current  ABN. You may be requested during your approval process to provide evidence of the type of business. CCTV247®.com.au reserves the right to refuse your registration, should we believe that you are not a legitimate reseller.
CCTV247®.com.au  reserves the right to revoke reseller account if CCTV247®.com.au  determines that a company is purchasing primarily for personal use rather than for resell.

Prices
All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.  It is agreed that all prices displayed at exclusive of GST.

Payment
Title of all goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received and funds cleared by our bank.
There will be an administration charge of $40.00 for any cheque returned from our bank whether due to insufficient funds or any other reason.

Ordering
Orders are accepted via the web site, fax, email or phone .
Please ensure that all faxed or email orders have our Product Code.  In the even, product code is not used, we cannot guarantee you will receive correct item.
Please ensure that all faxed orders have email address for communication purposes.
Upon receipt of you order, we will forward you invoice via email (if paid with PayPal or Credit Card). If paying by Direct Deposit or Cheque, you will receive Proforma Invoice until such time as payment has been received. Invoice will be issued once payment has been received and cleared.
Account Customers may place orders via email, fax or online and governed by approved credit terms.

Warranty & Returns
In addition to any warranty provided by the manufacture or importer of the Goods, CCTV247®.com.au  warrants that the goods will be free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date that the goods are delivered to the customer.  A warranty claim may not be accepted by CCTV247®.com.au  if the damage or defect has arisen as a result of : misuse, abuse, or use contrary to instructions; negligence or want of care, including the customer's failure to adequately safeguard the goods; an act or omission by any person who is not the customer, including any loss or damage occassioned while the goods are in the custody, control or possession of any person who is not the customer; transport or transit; alteration or modification of the goods by the customer or a third party.  If CCTV247®.com.au accepts a warranty claim, CCTV247®.com.au  may repair the goods or replace the goods at the discretion and election of  CCTV247®.com.au.

A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before returning goods together with a copy of the original invoice to CCTV247®.com.au  either for warranty claims or returns for credit.
Proper packaging must be used for all goods returned, as any warranty will be void if goods are damaged during transit, and damaged goods will not be accepted for credit or warranty.
To obtain RA number, please download Return Autorisation Form from our Downloads Page and email to sales@cctv247.com.au or Fax to 1300 291 900.

A restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced value is applicable to goods returned for credit within 7 days of the dispatch date. These goods must be in original condition and packaging. We will not accept goods returned for credit that arrive later than 7 days from the invoice date.

A restocking fee of 30% of the invoiced value is applicable to goods returned for credit within 8-30 days of the dispatch date, which are not in its original packaging. These goods must be in original condition and non-original packaging will be accepted.
